We package these very well and pride ourselves in having no damaged units in over two years but in the unlikely event your unit is damaged you must not sign for it. Your signature is verification that item arrived physically undamaged. Any claim after this point cannot and will not be honored. Do not let the driver convince you otherwise. No exceptions. This item is fully warrantied against any internal damage which is covered by the manufacturer and is shipped insured from any damage during shipping.
