Cool off just about anywhere with this lightweight Endless Breeze box fan. All you need is a 12-volt power source, such as the auxiliary outlet in your RV or vehicle. If you stop along the road and don't have access to an electric hookup or if you experience a power outage, you can still stay cool and comfortable while you sleep in your RV. Cool off and keep insects away while you fish from your boat. Or use this fan in your car for a quick burst of cool air while you're waiting for your air conditioning to take effect. You can even leave the fan running in your vehicle while you pop inside the post office or grocery store. That way, you don't have to leave your engine running to keep your car's interior cool. You can also use this fan to provide white noise and moving air while you sleep.
A 5-amp converter (FV1101-09 - sold separately) allows you to plug this fan into a wall socket in your home or cabin for even more versatility. And the fan weighs less than 5 lbs, so traveling with it is a breeze.
This 3-speed fan draws only 2.6 amps on the highest setting - less than your car radio or instrument panel. And yet the high setting puts out a full 900 CFM, an air velocity that equates to about 10 mph. So you can use it in place of or as a supplement to your air conditioning to save energy.
Swing-out clips at the top of the Endless Breeze have grooves in the bottom that can grip onto a grated surface such as a crate so that you can easily and securely hang the fan. These brackets can be swiveled 180 degrees for different mounting options.
Attach the brackets to a pet crate or barrier in your vehicle and give your furry friends some relief from the heat. Position the brackets at the front of the fan so that the fan will blow air through the cage, or position the brackets at the back of the fan so that air will be pulled through the cage.
Swivel legs provide stability for tabletop use. To customize the base, rotate the legs clockwise so that they extend mainly from the front or the back of the fan. Nubs on the tops of the legs will catch along the fan to help hold the legs in place. And soft feet on the bottom of the legs help provide traction, keep the fan level, and protect your table from getting scuffed or scratched. When you're not using the legs, just rotate them under the fan for storage.
