The magnetic base on the camera allows for mounting to any metal surface of your vehicle so that you can use while towing or attaching trailer. Or slide it into your 1-1/4" or 2" hitch tube opening and use the 4-way flat trailer wiring plug when you’re not towing. The camera bracket can swivel 90-degrees for increased visibility behind your vehicle. The color monitor can be mounted inside your vehicle into the air vent or on the dash board or windshield – then use the 12-volt charge to power up.
