Didn’t receive a tracking number?
Please provide your name, order number (CPW-_____), and any additional details below. Our team will locate your order and send your tracking number as quickly as possible.
Carrier says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your item?
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for the delivery and can provide the most accurate information or start an investigation.

Delayed Shipments
If you received a tracking number but your order has not left our warehouse after 5 business days, please reach out to us. Provide your order number, tracking number, and any additional details so we can look into the delay and resolve the issue promptly!
Damaged Packages
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us below and provide all of the following details so we can resolve the issue quickly and send a replacement:
Name on Order, Order Number, Damaged item number/name of the item, Several Photos of the damaged part, and the shipping box (all sides, including the label)
Please note: Items cannot be replaced if they have already been installed.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend a specific part for replacement or for a particular model.
We are happy to provide options of units that we sell, but RVs vary widely, and personal preferences play a big role. To ensure you get the correct part and are fully satisfied, we recommend contacting the product’s manufacturer directly for guidance on specific models, compatibility, and specifications.
We strive to keep our website updated daily with accurate stock counts, but occasionally, due to high order volume, some parts may be listed as available when they are actually out of stock. While this is extremely rare, if your order is cancelled and you receive an out-of-stock notification, your refund has already been processed. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you would like to check part availability before placing an order, please provide the part name or number and let us know that you are inquiring about current stock.
Receiving the Wrong Item – How to Submit a Claim
If you receive the wrong item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution:
Required Photos or Documentation - To process your claim, please provide: A clear photo of the item received, A photo of the packaging and shipping label, and your order number and the item you were supposed to receive
Replacement: We will send the correct item as soon as possible.
Refund: If a replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, your payment will be refunded once the claim is approved.
Replacements are shipped as soon as we receive the wrong item back, based on store hours and stock availability.
Standard shipping times will apply based on your selected method.
Return Policy & Process
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that you no longer need or want a part you ordered, please follow the steps below to start a return.
1. Days Allowed & Condition Requirements - Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. How to Start a Return - To initiate a return, please contact us with: Your name, Order number, The item(s) you wish to return, and Reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping Labels - Depending on the reason for the return, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. If a prepaid label is not provided, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing Time - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges for Different Parts - Exchanges can be requested if you would like a different part. To exchange, follow the return process above and specify the replacement part you want. Availability and stock will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.

Add to Cart - Click “Add to Cart” for each item you want to purchase. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Review Your Cart - Check quantities, item details, and total cost. Make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct.
Checkout - Enter your shipping and billing information. Select a shipping method and review any applicable taxes or fees. Submit payment using our secure checkout options.
Order Confirmation - Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (if applicable).
