Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitches are a must for towing a fifth wheel trailer with a short bed truck. Moving the hitch backward in the truck bed helps prevent damage to truck and trailer when backing and making tight turns. The round tube design allows for smoother operation when sliding of unit is necessary. Length of travel is 10" and functions even when vehicle is angled up to 45 degrees. Operation may be from either side. Bed rails are required and sold separately.
