How to Start a Return

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team through our Get Help Now button. Fill out the return ticket, and a representative will contact you within one business day with instructions and the correct return address.

Important: We do not accept walk-in returns. All returns must be processed through our Customer Service team.


Return Window & Fees

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for non-restricted items.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.

  • Installed or used items cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical/Electronic Parts – Sensitive to installation/testing; returns not accepted.

  • Special Orders – Custom, non-stocked, obsolete, or cut-to-length products (e.g., awnings, slide toppers).

  • Generators – If gas or oil has been added; contact manufacturer for warranty/service.

  • Chemicals & Adhesives – Non-returnable for safety reasons.

  • Dometic/Atwood Items – Only returnable if damaged during shipping or incorrect item shipped.

  • Scratch & Dent Items – Sold “as-is” and generally non-returnable.


Cancellations

  • Unshipped orders can be canceled via Customer Service.

  • Orders in process cannot be canceled once preparation for shipment begins.


Receiving the Wrong or Damaged Product
  • Notify us within 15 days of delivery if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product.

  • If you proceed to use or install the item without notifying us, a replacement or refund will not be authorized.

  • For shipping damage, take photos immediately and, if possible, refuse the shipment or note the damage with the carrier.


Shipping Address Issues
  • Camper Parts World is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may incur restocking fees.

  • Contact Customer Service if you need guidance on shipping accessibility before placing an order.


Exchanges
  • Exchanges are not accepted.

  • You may return items for a refund, minus restocking fees and shipping costs.


Where to Send Your Return
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service.

  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

  • Use the original packaging if possible and cover old shipping labels.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

  • It may take 3–15 business days for your bank to post the refund.

  • Refunds are for the item cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items that are installed, used, or generators with gas/oil are not eligible for refund.

  • Returns with missing or incorrect RMA labels may delay processing.
