Camper Parts World Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive quickly and smoothly. Here’s what you need to know about shipping with Camper Parts World:

Handling & Transit Times

  • Most stocked items ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 10:30 AM EST ship the next business day (for stocked items only).

  • We are not responsible for delays once the order leaves our facility.

  • Please be available via email in case we need more information to process your order.

Special Order Items

  • Special orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

  • Handling and transit times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays.

  • We will update you via email with any tracking or status updates.

Pickup Policy

  • Orders cannot be picked up from distribution warehouses. All orders must be shipped to the address entered at checkout.

Express & Overnight Shipping

  • Must be requested via our sales team.

  • Orders placed before 10:30 AM EST may ship the same day; orders after 10:30 AM will ship the next business day.

  • Contact us if you need guidance on delivery timing.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.

  • Currently, we ship only to the contiguous 48 states.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Oversized Items & Freight Shipping

  • Oversized items may ship via LTL Freight and/or require crating.

  • Delivery may be to commercial addresses only.

  • Transit times are typically longer, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times for freight shipments.

  • Freight shipments cannot be shipped via express methods.

Product Availability & Backorders

  • If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.

  • Options include waiting for the item, choosing an alternative, or canceling the order.

  • Delays may occur due to credit authorization, backorders, or incorrect order information.

  • Some orders may require the shipping address to match the billing address for fraud protection.

  • Orders may be held for security review, with notification within two business days.

Address Requirements

  • Ensure your shipping address is accessible to all carriers.

  • Camper Parts World is not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

  • Orders returned due to an undeliverable address will incur restocking fees.
